This section contains all major Acts that have been enacted into law by the Liberian national legislature for environmental governance in Liberia. For instance the Act establishing the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Liberia is one that empowers the EPA to regulate, supervise and monitor all environmental issues that directly or indirectly affect Liberia.
